'CalmHarbour Pizzeria' started with a straightforward vision: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble, family-operated business with recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our visionary, honed her pizza-making craft by learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After her time in Italy, she returned to the UK committed to reproducing the essence of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to traditional techniques and the highest quality ingredients.
What originated as a quaint 12-seat pizza parlor has evolved into a cherished local eatery, while our dedication to excellence and authenticity has remained constant. We continue using traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and using the best ingredients available.
'CalmHarbour Pizzeria' is still family-owned and managed, with the Rossi family's next generation now at the helm of our dedicated team. Even as we've adopted new innovations, the core of our mission persists: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that unites our community.
